3-day diet
This diet includes certain foods that cause the necessary interaction in your digestive system, and support and increases metabolism so that your body can burn excess fat faster. The regimen lasts 3 days. To achieve better and lasting results, it is recommended to repeat at certain intervals: 3 days of the diet, 2 days of rest, and so on until the desired results are achieved.
Food in the diet is quite limited:
Breakfast: coffee (without sugar), 1 egg, 1 toast, and half a banana;
Lunch: 250 g cottage cheese or tuna fish and 8 crackers;
Dinner: 2 beef steaks, broccoli, carrots, half a banana, and half a bowl of plain vanilla ice cream
This diet is low in calories and allows the body to quickly digest the food it receives and expel the excess, but don’t expect miracles. If you don’t want to quickly regain your previous weight or even a few kilograms on top, you need to build a strict regime and follow it strictly – a balanced diet, daily exercises and most importantly, a strong will to change and persistence.
