Here is how to prepare a delicious oatmeal cinnamon smoothie for the diet
* Ingredients:
Oats: a quarter of a cup.
Banana: 1 cup (frozen pieces).
Almond milk: a cup.
Honey: 2 tbsp.
Cinnamon: half a teaspoon.
Vanilla: half a teaspoon.
Ginger: a quarter of a teaspoon (crushed).
Nutmeg: a pinch.
Salt: a pinch.
* How to prepare:
1. Put the oats in a food processor and grind them into a powder.
2. Put the banana pieces, almond milk, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt in an electric mixer with the oats and blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
3. Pour the juice into serving glasses and serve.
