Products for the soup:

1 large cabbage
6 sprigs of leek 3-4
green peppers
1-2 tomatoes or tomato juice /puree/
1 ampoule of vitamin C
Salt and parsley

Preparation:
Cut all the products finely and cover with water. The soup is boiled for 10 minutes on high heat, and then on low heat until the products soften. Finally, add the parsley and the vitamin C ampoule.
Day 1: Soup and fruit /without bananas/. Drink water and tea.
Day 2: Soup and vegetables /without beans and corn/. Vegetables can be fresh or cooked. For lunch you can afford 1 large baked potato with butter. Do not eat any fruit on this day.
Day 3: Soup, fruits and vegetables / without bananas, corn and beans /.
Day 4: Soup, bananas and milk. For this day you get 6 bananas, soup and milk - as much as you want.
Day 5: Soup, boiled beef and 6 tomatoes. Boil meat in salted water and drink more fluids to avoid heartburn.
Day 6: Soup, roast chicken or fish and vegetables.
Day 7: Soup, rice and vegetables. The rice is boiled in a little water and longer than usual. You can add some salt and tomato juice.
Notes:
2. Soup is the basis of the diet, so you should eat as much of it as you can at every meal.
